30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within this period for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused and undamaged
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All accessories and documentation included
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required
  • Return must be authorized before shipping

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Used or worn respiratory masks
  • Opened filter cartridges (safety seals broken)
  • Damaged or modified products
  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Return

Contact Us First

Email info@ztechknives.com with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved before shipping.

Package Your Return

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Ship to Our Warehouse

Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

£ Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@ztechknives.com with photos of the defect. Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.
